The Arision Recordings Limited's Website is located at www.arision.net, and is made available to You by Arision Recordings Limited (which term shall wherever used in these Conditions include any of Arision Recordings Limited’s directors, employees, shareholders or affiliates) subject to the Conditions set out below (and by using the Arision Recordings Limited's Website you agree to be bound by them). You may not use the Arision Recordings Limited's Website or it's service for illegal purpose. You acknowledge and agree that; the use to which You may put any information You obtain from the Arision Recordings Limited's Website is your own concern and Arision Recordings Limited accepts no responsibility for advice given or information listed.

Orders:
- Your order will be delivered after we have received your payment.
- We assume no liability for shipping damage / returned parcels or delayed caused by Royal Mail or its worldwide partners.
- Delivery times overseas can't be guaranteed, and we can't supply a copy of the signature taken on delivery.
- Maximum weight is 2 Kg, after that a separate delivery will be arranged.
- All offers without engagement. Subject to alteration of prices & errors excepted.
- No availability is guaranteed for special offer
- For out-of-stock items: please confirm with us if you want to wait to shipping until every item becomes available.

Right to cancel your order
- You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item, for any reasons, under the Distance Selling Regulations, within two weeks of delivery of a shipment.
- To cancel please you have to send the item back to Arision Recordings Ltd, within two weeks of the date that the item was delivered to you.
- We cannot accept cancellations or returns of any CD, vinyl record, cassette tape, video and DVD where the sealed packaging has been open, removed or broken.
- For any reasons of order's cancellation, Arision Recordings Limited's only obligation is to refund the full amount paid by you. This does not effect your statutory rights.
- We will not be responsible for the cost of collecting the goods from you, unless the item is faulty or the item has been delivered to you by mistake.
- We will arrange for collection at your own cost if the item has not been sent back after two weeks of the date that the item was delivered to you.
Liability, Law and Jurisdiction
Arision Recordings Limited will not be liable for any material on the site which may be considered defamatory or unlawful. If there's a complaint with any material we will remove it from the Arision Recordings Limited's Website. Arision Recordings Limited accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of any information published on its website or in its newsletters. Under no circumstance shall Arision Recordings Limited have any liability to You for any loss or damage you may incurred, caused by viruses, errors. If any part of this Conditions shall be deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the balance of this Conditions which shall remain in full and binding effect.
The Conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
